Purpose of the role:
Lead and drive strategic projects, including operational changes, and digital platform integrations within the financial services sector. Utilise advanced project management expertise, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement to align initiatives with business objectives and ensure seamless delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Drive and lead operational change initiatives, with a primary focus on core administration platforms such as Viewpoint, BankClarity, Allvue, and other supporting digital platforms, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects, maintaining a dynamic RAIDD (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions) log to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage and influence stakeholder relationships by engaging with key stakeholders to understand their needs and align project objectives with broader business strategies, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.
