Purpose of the role:
This role will suit an individual looking to be part of a high performing Client Services team with a range of different office administration responsibilities to support and enable the Client Services team, and Private Wealth more widely, deliver excellent client service.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting Private Wealth on all aspects of general office administration
- To assist with the delivery of internal projects as required
- To collaborate with the technology team in connection with the roll-out of AI processes
- To contribute to the effective delivery of the Records Management process
- Professional and effective communication with all across the Group and externally as required
