Purpose of the role:
The position of Private Client Senior Administrator requires the individual to be responsible for a number of in-house projects relating to fiduciary structures.
Responsibilities:
- Refer as appropriate to line manager with suggested solutions wherever possible, demonstrating a desire to learn and develop
- Own/maintain client data ensuring excellence of data quality on all relevant databases (complete, accurate and up-to-date). Required to identify data quality issues and ensure resolution of the problems at source or through appropriate escalation
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures providing challenge to these as appropriate to ensure efficiency of the business unit
- Collaborative working with other Administration teams and disciplines in the business
Skills required:
- Appropriate professional qualification (legal, accountancy, banking, and STEP diploma) or currently studying for the same
- Member of STEP, ICSA or equivalent
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications and core operating systems
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Experience in servicing International fiduciary structures
- Understanding of local trust & company legislation, regulatory and industry requirements, and best practice
