To provide expert and trusted support to a broad and diverse portfolio of clients; lead a Client Relationship team using your experience to mentor and upskill; and bring fresh commercial perspective to the Board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and support on multi-jurisdictional complex trust and company matters to clients, client relationship teams and senior managers
- Manage key client relationships
- Provide firsthand guidance, training and mentoring of staff
- Maintain active control for WIP, billing, debtor management and ensure all are maintained within the accepted guidelines
- Support the adoption of best practice standards, frameworks and methods being deployed by support functions
- Contribute to the effective financial management of projects
- Proactive awareness necessary to ensure effective and efficient day-to-day management of the business
- Identify opportunities to sell collaborating with the Business Development team to service growth strategy
- Maintain acceptable levels of CPD

Qualifications and Experience
- A recognised professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, ICSA, STEP
- A minimum of ten years of experience in a relevant financial services environment
- Proven experience operating successfully at Director / Senior Manager level within a similar Fiduciary provider
