Purpose of the role:
As a Precedent Manager, you will be reporting into the Director within Operations and working closely with the Knowledge Management (KM) team. This role is responsible for the comprehensive oversight and strategic management of the companies precedent document process across all the jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- Further develop and refine the procedures, policies, and framework for managing precedent documents in collaboration with relevant departments and external partners for all jurisdictions of the company
- Prepare and maintain detailed pipelines of the precedents
- Coordinate with multi jurisdiction stakeholders, Legal and third-party law firms as necessary to establish, maintain, and prioritise precedent documents in alignment with Service Lines demands
Skills required:
We are particularly interested in candidates with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the trust and company fiduciary industry, with a preference for candidates who have directly managed or significantly contributed to precedent document processes and have an in-depth knowledge of trust and company administration practices.
