Purpose of the role:
As part of the People Services Team, this role will work closely with our client's People teams supporting them in data management, process optimisation, reporting and insight needs to enhance the employee experience they provide.
Responsibilities:
- Leveraging current system functionality to ease administrative burden and build efficient, effective, and scalable processes
- Partner with all areas of the People team to review, design and implement solutions and automation to enhance efficiency, ensuring integration with other Internal systems
- Design people metrics and Dashboards for the People team to support identifying key trends behind people data
- Develop scalable training on how to use systems and dashboards, tailored to the relevant stakeholders roles
Skills required:
- Experience working in HR systems, data analytics and visualization, business intelligence, or analytical consulting
- Experience of interpreting, analysing, and presenting people data to deliver meaningful insight that drives action to a variety of stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a growth environment, with the ability to support others with Change
