Payments Administrator - Jersey

About the role: 

We're looking for someone to join the Payments team, providing ongoing assistance and support in respect of the high-quality administration of a portfolio of corporate clients. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist and support Client Services teams in relation to the cash management service provided to a portfolio of corporate clients 
  • Inputting payments into various bank account platforms, preparing supporting payment packs and verifying suppliers
  • Reconciling bank statements and maintaining invoice trackers

Key skills and requirements:

  • Having good communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Being able to build relationships and work as part of a team and independently
  • A desire to succeed within a financial services role
  • A positive and flexible approach
