Purpose of the role:
You will provide ongoing assistance and support to the team in respect of the high quality administration of a portfolio of corporate clients as part of the provision of corporate administration services.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and support Client Service Administrators in relation to the cash management service provided to a portfolio of corporate clients
- Inputting payments into various bank account platforms, preparing supporting payment packs and verifying suppliers
- Reconciling bank statements and maintaining invoice trackers
- Assist and support with the administration of a portfolio of corporate clients and ensure that client relationships and transactions are managed effectively and to a high standard
