Purpose of the role:
This vacancy is a diverse generalist role which encompasses all aspects of the employee life-cycle as well as supporting with some interesting project work as the business prepares for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day HR operations (i.e. recruitment/ onboarding and training)
- Support local MD and Directors with best practice advice.
- Provide support and guidance to People Managers on all aspects of employee relations.
About you:
- Proactive and resourceful HR practitioner with previous HR experience
- Digitally savvy and able to use technology to support efficient and effective work practices
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
