Purpose of the role:
Ensure that the business is run in accordance with the published Corporate Governance and Outsourcing Policies and that appropriate documentation exists to evidence this compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the local Outsourcing Policy, ensuring it remains consistent with the Group Policy and complies with local Regulatory guidance
- Provide outsourcing expertise and administrative support to the Beneficiary or involved parties along the Outsourcing Risk assessment process
- Support Operational Managers in the compilation of local risk assessments
- Maintain a record of Regulatory notifications and approvals
- Organise SLA review meetings for all outsourcing between local entities (e.g. Finance, IT)
- Arrange the annual evaluation of inherent and residual risk associated with Outsourcing Arrangements
- Contribute to the implementation of a standard approach within its perimeter by promoting generic controls or procedures when they exist and are applicable#
- Provide training to Managers on the compliance & regulatory constraints linked to outsourcing
