Operations Service Assistant

Purpose of the role:

To assist in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of business operational activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in dealing with Operational Services Help Desk requests
  • Assist with updates to Trust and Company Administration system (Flying Boat)
  • Set up and manage user access for all Banking partners
  • Ongoing maintenance including password resets for all online Banking platforms
  • Provide first level support on issues relating to online banking platforms
  • Maintenance of Bank access database and reports
  • Assist in the collation and recording of signatory CDD
  • Signatory List distribution to banking partners and maintenance of Signatory List database

Skills required:

  • 5+ years of experience in a Trust Company environment
  • Business support experience/Trust Operations experience
  • Must be organised, motivated and capable of working as well whether alone or as part of a team
  • Excellent communications skills either by face to face, telephone or email
