Purpose of the role:
To assist in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of business operational activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in dealing with Operational Services Help Desk requests
- Assist with updates to Trust and Company Administration system (Flying Boat)
- Set up and manage user access for all Banking partners
- Ongoing maintenance including password resets for all online Banking platforms
- Provide first level support on issues relating to online banking platforms
- Maintenance of Bank access database and reports
- Assist in the collation and recording of signatory CDD
- Signatory List distribution to banking partners and maintenance of Signatory List database
Skills required:
- 5+ years of experience in a Trust Company environment
- Business support experience/Trust Operations experience
- Must be organised, motivated and capable of working as well whether alone or as part of a team
- Excellent communications skills either by face to face, telephone or email
