Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, helping to identify initiatives to improve internal business operations processes, reporting on Key performance indicators and data analytics that drive performance of each service line in the Fiduciary business.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of policies and standard operating procedures for the company
- Assist the Operations team (globally) with gathering, identifying and analysing business requirements
- Assist with the continued support of initiatives and policies to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations to improve operational efficiency and control risk
- Deliver business process and data analysis
- Help manage the roll out of change e.g. new regulatory operations processes in a controlled manner using dashboard solution software
- Help manage the client servicing portal whilst maintaining a level of attention to detail
Skills required:
- At least 2 years' experience with ViewPoint or a similar Entity Administration system
- Preferable experience with SQL and HTML5 code
- Preferable experience with data analysing and reporting software e.g. Microsoft PowerBI
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and influence accordingly
