Purpose of the role:
You will work closely with the team on the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of business applications, systems and banking platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the set-up of new starter profiles on various systems
- Assist with the training of new starters on some of the primary systems
- Assisting the team to ensure a smooth transition of work for leavers and ensuring the risk is kept to a minimum
- Support the maintenance and input of data in entity administration system
- Run reports and work on data integrity initiatives helping the business ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Support system upgrades and related testing
- Perform testing of solutions provided or developed
- Collaborate effectively with support staff, in particular IT in helping deliver solutions to the business
Skills required:
- Be able to demonstrate a flexible and pro-active approach to problem solving both in an individual capacity and as part of a team with a willingness to apply IT in solving business problems. What is essential is the enthusiasm and capacity to learn and develop including taking your own initiative to learn new skills
- Must be proactive, have a positive outlook and be well-organised with good personal management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills are essential, together with the ability to build relationships, working as part of a global team to achieve a common goal
- Some experience in a corporate services environment and experience using an entity administration system would be beneficial
