Purpose of the role:
You will work closely on the maintenance and on-going enhancement of business applications, systems and banking platforms, as well as supporting various projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the training of new starters on some of the primary systems
- Assist the team to ensure a smooth transition of work when they have leavers and ensuring the risk is kept to a minimum
- Support the maintenance and input of data in the entity administration system
- Run reports and work on data integrity initiatives helping the business ensure information is accurate and up-to-date
- Support system upgrades and related testing
- Perform testing of solutions provided or developed
- Collaborate effectively with other colleagues, in particular IT in helping deliver solutions to the business
- Assist the Global Operations Manager and members of the operations team in identifying and implementing workflow and process improvements across the business
Skills required:
- Some experience in a corporate services environment and experience using an entity administration system would be beneficial
- Able to demonstrate a flexible and pro-active approach to problem solving both in an individual capacity and as part of a team, with a willingness to apply IT in solving business problems
- Enthusiasm and capacity to learn and develop, including taking your own initiative to learn new skills
- Proactivity is key, with a positive outlook
