Purpose of the role:
You will act as Project Manager to ensure that the business requirements related to on boarding of a new client or the service extension/off-boarding of all new and existing clients are understood, implemented by the different contributors and result in their client’s full satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Produce minutes and actions logs as part of the Project Management process
- Produce project plans
- Perform post implementation reviews in collaboration with deal teams to identify ways to improve the client experience
- Support the training of Client Development and Client Documentation teams in the completion of the Global On Boarding Form and related documents
- Complete all mandatory Compliance training
Skills required:
- Minimum 5 years working in a Securities Services environment
- Excellent understanding of Corporate Governance and reporting requirements
- Relevant professional qualifications: Prince 2
