Purpose of the role:
You will be a vital player in a Financial Crime Prevention team, creating value and making a difference to their fast-paced organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of the Financial Crime Prevention framework within the business, including the drafting and maintenance of supplementary guidance to assist with the practical elements of identification and management of financial crime risk
- Assist the Head of Financial Crime Prevention with the review and sourcing of suitable AML/CFT training within the business, ensuring that the related control framework remains fit for purpose
- Prove clear and consistent advice to the business on compliance matters
- Participate fully and proactively in the promotion of a positive “compliance culture” within the business
Skills required:
- The right to live and work in Jersey
- Relevant experience within a very similar role
- Hold, or working toward a relevant professional qualification
- Good understanding of the regulatory requirements related to Trust and Funds business, specifically in respect of the AML/CFT control framework
- Sound understanding of industry best practice in relation to Trust & Company and Fund administration
