Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for a Business Administrator to provide assistance for the setup and handover of all new business to Administrators.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out all fiduciary duties in line with the requirements of the relevant trust/company law
- You will work on a day-to-day basis with Senior members of the Client Services teams, new clients and various internal teams
- You will contribute and be actively involved in projects
- Attend meetings and report to the Trust Manager regularly on all appropriate issues
Skills required:
- Table 5 qualification is required
- Working towards a Table 4 qualification
- Have knowledge and application of “Proceeds of Crime Law” and regulatory guidelines
- An awareness of Commercial and fiduciary risk considerations
