Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for a passionate, experienced, and motivated marketer with experience of working alongside senior leadership teams. If you are proactive, enthusiastic, and have strong attention to detail, then this could be the role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the development and delivery of the marketing strategy and plan across the marketing mix (i.e. communication, media, digital and PR) with key stakeholders through to implementation of all marketing and communications activity to support objectives
- Advise key stakeholders and develop a strategic (online and offline) approach and annual plan to direct marketing activity that aligns marketing across all channels with the organisation’s strategic priorities, including income generation requirements
- Build and oversee the brand strategy ensuring the visual image and messaging are consistent, accurate and distinct across all marketing channels (e.g., digital and printed materials)
- Lead and advise senior leadership on the creation, production and dissemination of crisis management communications, client change management communications and internal change management/ strategic updates
- Plan and align marketing and communications campaigns to across all channels (online and offline) and provide a cross-organisation communication and marketing service to support business development strategies and ensure that marketing and communications activity is co-ordinated and focused on clients’ and their needs
Skills required:
- CIM Level 6 Professional Diploma in Marketing
- A minimum of 7 years marketing experience within marketing, communications and digital
- Have a strong understanding of marketing within the professional services environment
- Have strong analytical, project management and organisational skills to be able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines
- Solid knowledge of digital and analytics tools (i.e. email marketing platforms, CMS, CRM, google analytics, omnichannel automation tools). Knowledge of HTRL would be an advantage
