Purpose of the role:
This entry-level position is ideal for a bright and ambitious school/college leaver who is eager to kickstart their career in marketing, or already working at an administrative level, but looking to switch into financial services marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure a smooth operation of marketing activities
- Collaborate with the Events team to support them in organising and executing marketing events, both online and offline
- Contribute to digital marketing efforts, including content creation, social media management, and website updates
- Assist in writing and editing marketing materials, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and messaging
- Aid the Communications team in crafting internal and external communications to enhance brand visibility
- Compile and analyse marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating team events
Skills required:
- No specific educational requirements and our client welcomes applicants from diverse educational backgrounds, however the applicant should be able to demonstrate high-levels of performance
- Coursework or experience in marketing, business studies, or related fields is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to convey ideas effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and materials
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Comfortable using various digital tools and platforms, with a basic understanding of social media
