Purpose of the role:
The overall role is Client Relationship Management (CRM) system management and roadmap development including stakeholder engagement and reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily queries and enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Liaising with finance to fill data gaps for lost revenue
- Supporting the global intermediary programme
Required Experience:
- Funds, corporate and private wealth knowledge would be an advantage
- Experience in using social media, content management systems and design software
- Experience of working with agencies and event suppliers
