Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for a Trust Manager or Senior Trust Manager with strong people management and coaching/mentoring skills.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Private Client Administration with management and control of all private client related administration functions, services and team
- Supervise the planning and completion of Administration Events and Trustee Meetings
- Assist in the encouragement of individual and team development within the Administration teams
- Administer for the management of fiduciary projects identified
- Remain abreast of regulatory and business developments
- Report to Head of Private Client Administration regularly
Skills required:
- 12 years relevant experience
- A Table 4 qualification
- Good knowledge of relevant trust and company law and fiduciary principles legislation and regulatory requirements
- Good knowledge and application of “Proceeds of Crime Law” and regulatory guidelines
- Commercial and fiduciary risk awareness
