Purpose of the role:
Work with the wider Customer Relations Team to enhance the member experience for our book of clients, ensuring that plan members receive a premium service when taking benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Review and oversight of team and all associated distribution, transfer, loan and pension payment requests.
- Oversight and mitigation of all risks within the team.
- Liaise with intermediaries to ensure transactions are concluded in a timely manner with appropriate paperwork in place.
Skills required:
- Experience in people management.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
