Purpose of the role:
Responsibility for a team of administrators servicing a portfolio of Private Equity Collective Investment Funds and related structures.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and coordinating the general day to day administration of the team. Development of staff and maintaining good relationships with clients.
- Conducting staff appraisals, completion of appraisal and job description forms and other related documentation. Following up on matters raised at appraisal.
- Review of work carried out by the team, including client and investor correspondence and banking instructions.
- Act as a signatory in respect of client affairs including the authorisation of payments made over client bank accounts.
Skills required:
- Hold or working towards a relevant qualification.
- Individuals will be required to confidently liaise with clients on a day-to-day basis.
- They will possess an ability to disseminate information and respond quickly.
