Purpose of the role:
Responsible for a team of Administrators servicing a portfolio of Private Equity Collective Investment Funds and related structures.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and coordinating the general day to day administration of the team. Development of staff and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Conducting staff appraisals, completion of appraisal and job description forms and other related documentation. Following up on matters raised at appraisal
- Review of work carried out by the team, including client and investor correspondence and banking instructions
- Act as a signatory in respect of client affairs including the authorisation of payments made over client bank accounts
- Provide cover for the team during holidays or other periods of absence
- Undertake matters relating to the financial performance of the team and the department as a whole
Skills required:
- Hold or working towards a relevant qualification
- Possess an ability to disseminate information and respond quickly
- A high degree of accuracy will be required, ensuring that all work sent to clients/investors is in line with accepted professional standards
- Competency with Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word is essential
