Purpose of the role:
You will manage a team providing comprehensive trust and company administration services for a international client base and undertaking business development/marketing opportunities as required.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the team administers their client portfolio to a high standard in accordance with the Office Procedures Manual and that all work is undertaken/completed in a timely manner
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with your team, intermediaries, clients and client advisors
- Ensure the delivery of superior client service either personally or through team members as appropriate
- Identify any training needs for the team and in the absence of a Senior Administrator, provide day to day training to Administrators and Assistant Administrators to build up their confidence and knowledge of Private Client Services
- Review the teams billing and monitoring of debt collection
- Have awareness of the teams financial and personal targets (i.e. billing and personal utilisation targets), making sure these are reviewed frequently, with any areas of concern being addressed appropriately in a timely manner
Skills required:
- ICSA or STEP qualified
- Evidence of sufficient Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
- People management skills and at least 10 years’ experience in the fiduciary sector
- Previous management experience
- High level understanding and experience of compliance, risk and the mitigation thereof
- Understanding of CRS/FATCA and experience of with the classification thereof
- High level understanding of Jersey Company and Trust Laws;
