Purpose of role:
Supervise and manage a team providing administration and other services to Funds and Corporate client entities in a variety of asset classes including real estate and undertaking business development / marketing opportunities as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead a team of administration staff managing a portfolio of corporate clients.
- Ensure the team administers the client portfolio to a high standard in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Firm and that all work is undertaken/completed in a timely manner.
- Manage client transactions and review documentation prepared by the administration team before presenting to Directors.
Key skills and experience:
- Hold a relevant professional qualification (JFSC Table 5 qualification) plus a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience including people management; and
- Evidence of Continuous Professional Development including appropriate Management
