Purpose of the role:
To support the function of a Investment Manager Review (IMR) & Banking Team, which is responsible for the ongoing monitoring of investments held by client structures and the investment management service providers engaged by them.
Responsibilities:
- Qualitative commentary on portfolio performance
- Discussions with trustees and clients in respect of investment Manager performance
- Input/review data related to portfolio mandate/risk profile/restrictions etc.
- Input/review portfolio valuation and asset allocation data
- Meet with representatives from investment management and banking firms
- Review due diligence information provided by investment managers and banks
Skills required:
- Regulated Qualifications Framework level 4 investment qualification
- Honours degree
- Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an investment environment, preferably in a consultancy capacity
- Advanced literacy, numerical, analytical, and organisational skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and applications, especially Excel

- Full on-the-job training will be provided, with continued support and guidance
- Where considered appropriate, external courses will be offered to support training
