Purpose of the role:
Our client is seeking a Manager to join their Family Office Team and assist with the supervision, management, and development of a team of Administrators. You will also be delivering a comprehensive first-class administrative service to a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for a portfolio of clients (including complex and crown jewel clients)
- Act as an Alternate Director of team client companies, where appropriate
- Act as a ‘B’ Authorised Signatory
- Manage a team of Administrators
- Monitor the team’s performance, attendance, and development
- Manage the workflow of the team
- Review all incoming and outgoing mail of the team
- Analyse WIP (work in progress) for own and team clients
- Review billing for team and own clients
- Development of internal short courses
- Presentation of internal short courses and training sessions
Skills required:
- Table 4 qualification
- 8 years’ relevant industry experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Experience of developing and coaching others
