Purpose of the role:
You will manage, supervise and develop a Data Management Team to ensure the provision of a professional and first-class service to CIS client teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the completion of the Periodic Reviews and Risk Assessments
- Development/enhancement of team specific procedures
- Attend management meetings
- Scheduling meetings - delegating as appropriate
- Meeting requests - delegating as appropriate
- Ensure CIS clients periodic reviews are completed on time and to a high standard
- Ensure appropriate activity are set up for review points raised
- Involvement in disciplinary or underperformance procedures
- Report and escalate any issues as appropriate
Skills required:
- 8 years’ relevant industry experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Experience of developing and coaching others
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of NavOne an advantage
