Purpose of the role:
You will manage, supervise and develop the Data Management Team to ensure the provision of a professional and first-class service to CIS client teams.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the completion of the Periodic Reviews and Risk Assessments
- Ensure team adherence to internal company procedures
- Development/enhancement of team specific procedures
- Prioritising own and team workload
- Dealing with matters in a timely and efficient manner
- Comprehensive knowledge of the differing requirements/processes for high-risk clients
- Liaising with all CIS client and Support teams within the business
Skills required:
- Table 4 qualification
- 8 years’ relevant industry experience
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Experience of developing and coaching others
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Working knowledge of NavOne an advantage
