Manager - Data Management

Purpose of the role:

You will manage, supervise and develop the Data Management Team to ensure the provision of a professional and first-class service to CIS client teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the completion of the Periodic Reviews and Risk Assessments
  • Ensure team adherence to internal company procedures
  • Development/enhancement of team specific procedures
  • Prioritising own and team workload
  • Dealing with matters in a timely and efficient manner
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the differing requirements/processes for high-risk clients
  • Liaising with all CIS client and Support teams within the business

Skills required:

  • Table 4 qualification
  • 8 years’ relevant industry experience
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience of developing and coaching others
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of NavOne an advantage
