Manager - Commercial Office - Jersey

About the role:

This role enables sustainable, diversified growth by identifying opportunities through M&A, existing clients, and innovation, as well as driving data strategy and ensuring appropriate commercial governance. The purpose of the role is to support the department with interpretation of data analysis and business engagement in order to improve business performance and drive growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the planning and execution of key work streams underpinning the growth strategy of the Group.
  • Supporting the implementation and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Assisting with the review and analysis of the Group’s pricing model.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to interpret analysis and agree on actionable steps to improve performance.
  • Preparing reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Analysing datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively.
  • Experience in a multi-jurisdictional financial services organisation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to collate and present information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated with a positive approach, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in working with Microsoft applications in particular, Excel.
