About the role:
Administer a complex and varied portfolio of clients requiring a more senior level of technical ability and provide support to the Directors and more junior staff within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice and provide update to Senior Management.
- Understand the management of financial assets and how the performance of stock and currency markets impact on client portfolios.
- Co-ordinate all company secretarial matters relating to your portfolios, including convening Board meetings, production of board packs, attendance and preparation of minute for Board meetings.
Requirements:
- ICSA or STEP Diploma qualified or relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum of 6 years relevant industry experience.
- Sound technical financial services knowledge, ongoing support will be provided.
