Purpose of the role:
The primary purpose of this role is to carry out and be responsible for the management and co-ordination of the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of clients across a wide range of asset classes, including onboarding and transfer of administration services.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for a range of funds including both closed ended and open-ended fund structures, management vehicles and associated vehicles liaising with clients and intermediaries as necessary
- Co-ordinate legal, tax and other professional advice
- Co-ordinate all company secretarial matters, including convening Board meetings, production of Board packs, attendance and preparation of minutes for Board meetings for a varied portfolio of clients
Skills required:
- 5+ years, ideally, of relevant experience in the funds industry
- 2 + years of people management experience
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbally) in order to develop close working relationships internally and externally
