Purpose of the role:
You will be required to complement the existing team to ensure that its function within the business is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Statutory matters, regulatory filings and certain tax return filings for the Jersey Trust Department
- Inter alia, the completing and filing of the Jersey transition and annual confirmation statements, tax returns, drafting and amending procedures, producing templates, new business take-on and closings, completion of the business risk assessment and national risk assessment as well as any other ad-hoc statutory or other projects as they arise
- TCG also provides technical assistance and guidance on all statutory/corporate governance and regulatory reporting matters to the trust administration teams and maintain the company’s database, NAVOne
Skills required:
- Experience in a trust and company business environment or similar role
- Knowledge and/or experience of company secretarial and corporate governance
- Knowledge and/or experience of statutory filings in multiple jurisdictions
- Knowledge and/or experience of regulatory reporting obligations
- Extensive experience of using/populating NAVOne
