Purpose of the role:
We have a fantastic new role for a Private Equity specialist for the Fund Services business and to be responsible for the fund administration services provided to the client.
Responsibilities:
- You will support and manager a team of Fund Administrators
- Ensure that all statutory returns and announcements are made on a timely and accurate basis
- Review and authorise payment instructions
- Oversee all agendas, Board minutes and Board packs for all scheduled and adhoc Board meetings
- Assist in with the preparation of reports for presentation to the Board of Directors
- Support the On-Boarding team with set-up and take-on process of any new private equity business
Skills required:
- Experience within the finance industry and specifically experience in private equity fund administration
- Experience in people management
- Full/Part qualified or currently studying towards ICSA/ACCA/ACA or a similar qualifications
