Purpose of the role:
As a Manager of the Funds and Corporate Division in Jersey, you will lead and manage a growing administration team and work directly with the Client Service Director and department head to support the expansion of the business line and its service offering.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a high-performing and supportive team culture.
- Deliver consistently high-quality client services across all mandates.
- Ensure team timesheets are completed daily, ensuring accuracy and appropriateness.
Skills required:
- Experience operating at Manager level in a corporate and/or fund administration environment
- Currently in a management role or have recent experience managing a team
- A relevant professional table 4 qualification recognised by the JFSC, such as STEP/ICSA Diploma (now CGI), ACCA or an applicable Law/Accountancy degree
