Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for the provision of administrative support for a broad range of litigation matters.
Responsibilities:
- Answering telephones, taking and forwarding messages
- Opening and scanning mail received in and saving to client matter
- Photocopying correspondence as required
- Billing and preparing invoices
- Transferring fee earner time
- Editing, amending and formatting PowerPoint presentations
- Completing internal payment request forms and liaising with the Finance team
- Circulating conflict checks, performing database searches and collating the results
Skills required:
- Graduate preferred (any discipline)
- Excellent academics
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Good numeracy skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and to tight deadlines
- Well versed with desktop programmes including Microsoft applications and Adobe Professional or Pdf Docs
