Litigation & Dispute Resolution Support

Purpose of the role:

You will be responsible for the provision of administrative support for a broad range of litigation matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering telephones, taking and forwarding messages
  • Opening and scanning mail received in and saving to client matter
  • Photocopying correspondence as required
  • Billing and preparing invoices
  • Transferring fee earner time
  • Editing, amending and formatting PowerPoint presentations
  • Completing internal payment request forms and liaising with the Finance team
  • Circulating conflict checks, performing database searches and collating the results

Skills required:

  • Graduate preferred (any discipline)
  • Excellent academics
  • Excellent attention to detail, organisational and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Good numeracy skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision and to tight deadlines
  • Well versed with desktop programmes including Microsoft applications and Adobe Professional or Pdf Docs
