Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for a customer service-oriented Junior IT Systems Technician - Admin/1st Level to provide first line support, complete daily checks and pc builds for client. You will be considered as one of the firm’s front liners, you will be dealing primarily with clients, engineers, and internal staff.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring Client Servers
- Building Client PC’s
- Answering the Response Desk telephone
- Assist with queries from external clients, Service Engineers, and departments within the business
- Log, track, route, and redirect problems to correct resources
- Follow up with clients
- Complaint handling
- Ability to work under pressure on own and part of a team
- Utilise excellent client service skills and strive to exceed client expectations
Skills required:
- Good level of IT Skills
- Ability to pick up new systems
- Able to cope with ever evolving business processes
- You are expected to maintain and update your technical knowledge and know-how and share it with others
- Used to scheduling/logging service calls work within a fast paced, busy environment
- Customer Service Experience
