Purpose of the role:
Assist with and support a Fund Administration team to deliver day to day administration for our portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming emails, tracking requests and ensure that all are captured and responded to in a timely manner. Prepare responses to be reviewed and to escalate to your mentor or line manager as appropriate
- Assist with the preparation of client meetings, including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs and recording and writing of minutes
- Attend to the processing of payments for client entities in accordance with policies and procedures
- Assist with maintaining statutory records of client entities, making requests for the necessary requests for updates
- Assist with the processing of routine fund operations, including investor capital calls and distributions
- Assist with the preparation and filing of statutory filings such as tax returns and annual confirmation statements
Skills required:
- Strong academic background with good level of written English and Maths
- Ability to take on and interpret information quickly
- Ability to work as a team member and receptive to coaching and feedback
- Present positive solutions and have the confidence to escalate issues if necessary
- Competent user of IT
- High level of personal and interpersonal skills, building relationships with both clients and colleagues
