Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for a self-motivated individual who is able to work under their own initiative and with the minimum of supervision, providing 3rd and 2nd line support to their ever increasing customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Dealing with various IT for lots of clients
- You will deal with lots of client systems and technologies
- You are allocated calls from the response desk and you then have to co-ordinate with the client and possibly other technicians to bring about a resolution to the client problem
- Completing Timesheets
- You may also from time to time be seconded to client sites for regular periods of ½ days, full days, weeks and at times months at a time
- You will be required to do out of hours work - before 9am and after 5.30pm and at weekends from time to time
Skills required:
- 3 - 5 years plus experience
- Qualifications: Preferably Microsoft Certified
