IT Support Administrator

Purpose of the role:

Our client is looking for an individual to be 1st and 2nd line technical and operational IT support, including troubleshooting and project work.

Responsibilities:

  • Systems security monitoring and maintenance, in particular, document management systems and Office365
  • Supporting the Senior IT Specialist with development and projects as and when required
  • Ticket management and planning
  • Procurement and inventory management
  • Out of hours emergency support

Skills required:

  • Proven experience as IT Support Administrator or similar position
  • Good knowledge of security on phones, endpoint devices and new technologies
  • Good knowledge of internet and network security and data privacy principles
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
