Purpose of the role:
Our client is looking for an individual to be 1st and 2nd line technical and operational IT support, including troubleshooting and project work.
Responsibilities:
- Systems security monitoring and maintenance, in particular, document management systems and Office365
- Supporting the Senior IT Specialist with development and projects as and when required
- Ticket management and planning
- Procurement and inventory management
- Out of hours emergency support
Skills required:
- Proven experience as IT Support Administrator or similar position
- Good knowledge of security on phones, endpoint devices and new technologies
- Good knowledge of internet and network security and data privacy principles
- Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills
