Purpose of the role:
The IA plays a key role in the dynamic and challenging Financial Planning business. The position offers regular interaction with Directors, Senior Management, other key personnel, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Role of IA includes a variety of business sensitive activities and confidentiality is key
- Day to day assistance with business management of the client life cycle, including:
- Client onboarding
- Assist Financial Advisers in ongoing client meetings and reviews
- Administration of client records using various systems
- Preparing client reports
- Assist with client and product provider instructions
- Helping to resolve client queries and requests where possible

- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritize
- Flexibility to juggle multiple projects, ability to handle tight deadlines
