Purpose of the role:
The role provides administrative support to the Service Line Heads and a number of Business Services Directors in managing service line related activity, including drafting agendas, producing meeting packs, arranging and attending relevant meetings and tracking agreed actions.
Responsibilities:
- Planning, scheduling and attendance at regular Service Line meetings and Partner 121s
- Preparing, collating and circulating meeting agendas with supporting documentation
- Minute taking and action point collation at meetings, as well as keeping track and following up on agreed meeting action points
- Arranging and co-ordinating travel bookings and itineraries for service line activity in accordance with the firm’s travel policy
- Processing service line expenses and payment authorisations according to Group policy and procedures
- Senior hires onboarding and integration plan set up and maintenance
Skills required:
- Background in providing executive support at Partner/Director level
- Proven experience in producing meeting Agendas, taking minutes and collation/distribution of meeting packs.
- Self-motivated and highly professional individual, with confidence to take on responsibility
- Ability to work as part of a team and offer flexibility to complete timed tasks
