About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Administrator to provide a comprehensive and confidential service in a range of general HR disciplines.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all recruitment activity; reviewing and pulling together job descriptions, drafting job adverts, liaising with Line Managers, candidates and agencies, monitoring applications, setting up interviews
• Responsible for all “on boarding” and “off boarding” activities; issuing contracts of employment, carrying out and tracking vetting process, carrying out and monitoring induction process, monitoring probation process, carrying out off boarding process and exit interviews
• Provide a comprehensive HR generalist administrative service to the Chief People & Culture Officer
Knowledge, Skill & Qualification:
• Experienced HR generalist Administrator with minimum of 4 years general administration experience
• Have a strong track record of dealing with a wide variety of HR administration processing
• Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
