Purpose of the role:
As the HRBP Senior Manager, you will be responsible for HRBPs within various jurisdictions ensuring best practice and consistency while providing expert support and advice.
Responsibilities:
- Work in partnership with, and provide guidance to, other HR BPs across the Group, sharing ideas, knowledge, and best practice
- Partner with the Managing Director/Senior Management team to contribute towards the development of effective workforce planning and assist with organisational design
- Proactively work with Resourcing to manage the recruitment, resourcing, and hiring process to ensure that the company recruits the best talent in the most cost-effective way in adherence to mandatory recruitment and assessment requirements
- Work in partnership with the Managing Director and the Academy to identify top talent within the division and to align the development and reward and recognition of these employees
- Proactively identify, implement and provide assistance with the delivery of ongoing business performance improvements and ensure that any HR intervention reinforces the brand, high-performance culture, and commerciality
