About the role:
As an HR Advisor focused on Learning and Development, you’ll assist a busy HR department with all aspects of Learning and Development administration to provide an efficient, responsive, high-quality administrative and advisory support to directors, managers, and employees in the designated office(s).
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for questions from managers and employees relating to L+D queries
- Respond or re-direct incoming questions and queries in a timely, professional and approachable manner
- Liaise with managers and employees in the business on the identification and resolution of L+D issues
Skills required:
- Hold or studying towards CIPD
- Solid understanding of training and development requirements in a global business
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and/or HRMS system
