Purpose of the role:
Responsible for providing high level support for the Human Resources functions and ensuring an efficient administrative platform is in place for the Department. A high degree of confidentiality is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Department
- Act as point of reference for staff enquiring about human resources related matters, providing answers where appropriate
- Ensure accurate maintenance of personnel records and files
- Ensure Company’s procedures are implemented, updated and standards met
- Co-ordinating Trident and work placement schemes
- Liaising with the business to facilitate provision of high quality placements
