Purpose of the role:
To support the Head of Reward and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) across all jurisdictions.
Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating annual employee benefit renewals across all jurisdictions by liaising with third party brokers and benefit providers to ensure a smooth renewals process for employees
- Supporting the delivery of annual salary and bonus reviews, including the promotions cycle
- Assisting with collating accurate and relevant MI to support the Reward and EVP Strategy, including monitoring of KPIs
- Maintain Reward and EVP-related processes and policies
- Provide support to the Head of Reward and EVP with general administration tasks, including updating and maintaining HR systems, records and reports with accurate employee data
- Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies
Skills required:
- Detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ideally you will have finance or professional services experience or used to working under pressure to high standards and to tight deadlines
- Confidence is key and you will need to be able to make decisions quickly, be flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities
- You will also need excellent IT skills (including MS Office and strong Excel skills) and skilled at identifying opportunities for process improvement
