Purpose of the role:
You’ll lead the Operations function, supporting the delivery of services for client structures.
Responsibilities:
- Guide and develop your team through regular check-ins, feedback and technical coaching
- Identify risks, strengthen controls and work with internal and external partners to resolve issues
- Drive improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality across operations.
Skills required:
- A relevant professional qualification (e.g. accounting qualification or equivalent)
- Proven experience leading teams within financial services, with exposure to trust, operational or finance environments
- Knowledge of trust and company structures and associated accounting practices
