Purpose of the role:
The role of the Head of Transformation is to lead and deliver the overall business transformation agenda on behalf of the CEO, owning the implementation of the target operating model including common processes and technology, centres of excellence and shared services across the group.
Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of the Target Operating Model on behalf of the Leadership Team
- Lead implementation of common policies/processes across all jurisdictions, including new organisation structures, centres of excellence and shared service hub
- Lead delivery of Group Client Operations, transitioning to the optimal global delivery model
- Lead Mauritius Shared Services facility
- Challenge key stakeholders, Leadership Team and Board to sponsor and lead the changes, whilst maintaining delivery focus and engagement across the business
- Ensure quality decision-making, issue identification and resolution at all levels
- Embed a Business Change PMO and governance regime to cover all projects (IT and business) across the organisation and establish the required disciplines
- Lead the team of Process Design, Project Manages and Business Analysts to deliver Transformation Roadmap
- Chair Transformation Committee
Skills required:
- Educated to degree level
- Experience of developing operating models and leading/implementing change
- Experience of transforming operations across a multiple jurisdictional business
- Experience in managing centres of excellence and shared service centres
